Tours are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.

Fares & Prices

All prices are subject to availability and may change until your booking is confirmed. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

If you choose to pay in person, payment is due at the start of the tour. If your plans change, please cancel as early as possible so we can offer the space to others.

Wee Walking Tours reserves the right to change tour prices at any time.

Check-in, Departure, & Changes

Please arrive a few minutes before the start time and check in at the meeting point: Makars’ Court, Edinburgh (next to the Writers’ Museum). Tour times, dates, meeting points and routes may change; the route is at the discretion of Wee Walking Tours.

The Walking Tours (Weather, Safety, & Fitness)

Tours operate in all weather conditions - please dress appropriately and wear comfortable footwear, as Edinburgh has cobbled streets, uneven pavements and hills. You are responsible for your own health, safety and wellbeing during the tour. Children must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them at all times.

Liability

Wee Walking Tours is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wee Walking Tours is not liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconvenience arising from participation in the tour, except where caused by our negligence.

Dogs

One of our Golden Retriever tour guide dogs may join some tours when conditions allow. Our dogs do not join our “Twilight Tales” walking tours.

Well‑behaved dogs are welcome on our walking tours as long as they’re comfortable around other dogs.

Important Notes

Please check your booking details carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect. Tour tickets do not include entry to paid attractions, and tours do not go inside paid attractions.

Cancellation Policy

For scheduled walking tours, refunds are offered according to the timings below:

• More than 24 hours before the tour start time: eligible for a refund.
• Within 24 hours of the tour start time: not eligible for a refund.

Refunds do not include any non-refundable booking/processing fees charged by our third-party payment processor, so the refunded amount may be less than the total paid.

Wee Walking Tours may cancel a tour if we believe conditions are unsafe (including weather) or for other operational reasons. If Wee Walking Tours cancels, customers are entitled to a refund of the tour price.
